Joshua will discuss his experiences with development process instartup, medium, and global enterprise scale companies.
**Speaker: Joshua Donlan**
Joshua has over 20 years of experience in the Software Development industry. As a developer his experience spans from developing small independent websites to full fledged ecommerce solutions to standalone software experiences and mobile applications. As an educator, Joshua contributed to the creation of one of the world’s first accredited Mobile Development degrees at Full Sail University and has since served as a subject matter expert for Google’s own first-party Nanodegree offered through Udacity. He currently serves as the Head of Client for Backbone Labs, responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying the company's Client experiences from the ground up.

Andrew will discuss his experience building the recipe storage service RecipeBox and being acquired by another company. He will go over first contact, negotiations, due dilligence, and closing. Along the way he’ll share pragmatic tips and tricks to keep in mind for your own acquisition.
